I redesigned a responsive website for a deli that needed a modern, more functional online presence to support business growth, as the previous site lacked visual appeal and functionality.
The goal was to create a clean, modern experience that improved usability while staying intuitive for all customers. I integrated the deli’s new branding and focused on simplicity, enabling users to browse a dynamic menu by delivery date and place orders seamlessly, resulting in a cohesive and enjoyable experience.

Challenges:
My main challenge in this project was to surpass the competitors’ ordering experience. Given that the menu changes daily and features special items for holidays and weekends, I had to carefully determine what to display to users before they selected a delivery date. Additionally, I needed to seamlessly integrate the delivery selection process to ensure a smooth and easy customer experience.
Solutions:
I thoroughly researched competitors to identify areas for improvement and devised a unique solution for a smoother user experience. I integrated the date and delivery selection into the cart. When users add a product, they select the delivery date, which then updates the cart to show the chosen date and time. The website then refreshes to display the relevant menu for that date, ensuring a seamless and intuitive process.
