For this project, I redesigned the Mingle Fest brand with a more modern, tech-focused look that feels minimal, clear, and confident.
The work began with creating a new logo and visual language, which was then applied across the Instagram profile to better attract the target audience of tech professionals and founders. This included updating the profile and highlight visuals, refining the bio, and consistently creating posts and stories leading up to ticket sales and the event itself.
I also supported the event setup by designing branded elements such as pole flags, fabric wristbands, and DJ stand visuals, as well as building the ticket sale page on GO-OUT — designing the event image, writing the description, and defining the ticket sales round titles.
During the event, I filmed and published live content and later created posts and reels to extend the experience beyond the event day.
Challenges:
One of the main challenges was convincing busy, highly driven professionals to attend a social event. The messaging needed to clearly communicate the value of the experience and “sell” the event in a way that felt relevant and worth their time. Alongside this, the brand had to support consistent and fast-paced content creation, with ongoing posts and stories before, during, and after the event.Solutions:
These challenges were solved by using clear, value-driven messaging that spoke directly to the right audience. The design was kept minimal and focused, helping grab attention quickly while making it easier to create and post content consistently. This approach allowed us to maintain a strong and cohesive presence on social media, build excitement leading up to the event, and continue engaging the audience even after the party ended.
